The Living Room Project was founded by Ana M. de Andrés and Doris Seedorf, with a simple belief: sustainable transformation happens when people, organizations, and technology evolve together.
We bring together two complementary perspectives — leadership and organizational transformation, and technology and innovation — to help leaders see the whole system and act on what matters most.
Ana M. de Andrés
Ana M. de Andrés is an Executive Advisor, Leadership Strategist, and author of SHINE: Lead and Thrive in an AI World.
Over the past three decades, she has worked across the corporate, international development, and consulting sectors, including leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Danone, the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
Today, she advises senior leaders and organizations on leadership, organizational effectiveness, cultural transformation, and navigating complexity in times of profound change.
Doris Seedorf
Doris Seedorf is a technology and transformation executive with extensive experience helping organizations leverage innovation and digital technologies to improve performance and accelerate change.
Her expertise spans technology strategy, digital transformation, and the practical application of emerging technologies to business and organizational challenges. She is particularly interested in helping organizations translate technological possibilities into meaningful and sustainable results.
